Galli Books is a new UK-based small press publishing speculative fiction anthologies on social themes. We have a strong editorial focus on intersectionality and social justice is core to our mission.

Galli Books was founded by D Franklin, a nonbinary bookseller based in Glasgow, in response to not seeing the kinds of stories they wanted to read in the world, and deciding that the best way to change that was publishing stories reflecting a wider experience of the world.

Each anthology we publish will have its own dedicated, paid editor or editorial team, and we pay professional rates (as defined by SFWA) to all contributors to our anthologies.

Galli Books are open to pitches for themes from people interested in editing anthologies with an intersectional focus; please email us at galli-books[at]galli-books[dot]co[dot]uk! We’re especially interested in anthology and story pitches from people from marginalised communities.
